Derek is the eldest member of the Leonard family currently working in the family business. Derek has a lifetime's experience of the fresh produce business. Having started work in the family business at the tender age of 15, he now has over 28 years experience. This long and dedicated service to the family business has built a respect with suppliers and growers in the fresh produce industry, enabling him to purchase produce on an extremely competitive basis. Derek's main area of expertise is in wholesaling services, supplying secondary wholesalers throughout Ireland.
